Satu Lindgren from Kotitarkastukset Oy is an experienced professional in the construction industry. She always recommends having a home inspection conducted when purchasing a single-family home. However, this is not always easy. The market offers a variety of options, and the person ordering the inspection does not have guarantees that the inspection will fulfill its purpose.
Satu wanted to share her expertise and offer a web course for single-family home buyers, guiding them through the "wild west" of home inspections. The aim was to create a concise package that anyone dealing with this topic could purchase and go through at their own pace.
Satu, in collaboration with Inka from Ixir, went through the key themes related to the topic, and the content of the course began to take shape. Inka interviewed representatives of the target group and structured the course material into a script. Satu, on her part, commented on, corrected, and supplemented the script.

The course videos were produced at Ixir's office in cooperation with Videotiiviste. After that, Inka built the course on the platform. Once the course was tested by a test group and the final touches were completed, it was made available to all interested parties.
